Soft Magnetic & EMI Materials — Selected by Frequency, Cut to Your Layout

EMI failures and detuned antennas are material problems. We supply ferrite sheets, EMI absorber sheets and magnetic films matched to your problem frequency — die-cut to your outline, laminated with adhesive, and delivered in the format your assembly process needs.

Ferrite & EMI Materials — Formats We Deliver

Absorber sheets, NFC/RFID ferrite and die-cut formats — selected by frequency range, supplied with adhesive backing and custom outlines, ready for your PCB assembly.

The EMC Problems That Surface Late

These issues typically appear at certification or pilot production — when a redesign hurts the most.

EMI test failure at certification

Radiated or conducted emissions found at the lab force late changes. A correctly placed absorber sheet often closes the gap without touching the PCB layout or the tooling.

NFC/RFID antennas dead on metal

On a metal housing or near a ground plane, antenna inductance collapses and read range disappears. The fix is a ferrite isolation layer with the right permeability at 13.56 MHz — not a bigger antenna.

Wireless charging inefficiency & heating

Without the right magnetic back, the charging coil's field spreads into the device — wasting energy as heat and interfering with nearby circuits. Efficiency starts behind the coil.

Fractions of a millimeter to work with

Modern devices leave 0.05–0.3 mm for magnetic material. Sheet performance at that thickness — plus die-cut and adhesive quality — decides what actually fits your stack-up.

Material Engineering by Frequency & Form

We start from your frequency, available thickness and housing material — then recommend the sheet.

1

Frequency-matched material selection

MnZn ferrite for kHz-range wireless power, NiZn ferrite for 13.56 MHz NFC/RFID, and absorber sheets for MHz–GHz broadband noise suppression. The matrix below is the starting map.

2

On-metal antenna isolation

Ferrite sheets that restore NFC/RFID performance on metal — sized and die-cut to your antenna geometry, with guidance on placement.

3

Wireless charging magnetic backs

Ferrite sheets and coil-module backs that raise coupling efficiency, contain leakage flux and reduce device heating in Tx and Rx designs.

4

Precision converting to your stack-up

Thicknesses from ~0.05 mm, custom die-cutting, adhesive lamination, sheet or roll formats — sample support for your EMC lab validation.

Quick Selection Matrix

A starting point for material selection — final choice always depends on your complete operating profile.
