What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no fixed MOQ for most custom magnets and assemblies. Prototype and pilot quantities are a normal part of our work — per-piece pricing is simply higher at low volumes, and we quote that transparently. For production volumes we will tell you honestly where the cost breaks are.
How long do samples take?
It depends on complexity. Simple prototype magnets can ship within days; complex assemblies or new tooling take longer. We confirm a realistic schedule together with your quotation — and we keep it.
Can magnets be shipped by air? What about magnetic inspection?
Yes. Magnetized material is regulated under IATA rules (Packing Instruction 953), which limit the magnetic field strength measurable outside the package. We use shielded packaging to meet these limits and provide the magnetic inspection report (磁检) that airlines require. Sea freight has no such restriction. Tell us your destination and timeline and we will recommend the right channel.
What information do you need to prepare a quotation?
Ideally: a drawing with dimensions and tolerances, material and grade (or your operating temperature and environment if you are unsure), coating requirement, magnetization direction, and quantity. If you don't have all of that, send what you have — a sketch, a physical sample, or even an application description — and our engineers will work out the missing parameters with you.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Typical machined dimensions hold ±0.05 mm, and tighter tolerances are possible on specific features depending on geometry and material. Mark critical dimensions on your drawing and we will confirm what is achievable before sampling — dimensional reports accompany your samples.
Which magnetization directions are possible?
Axial, through-thickness, diametrical, radial (ring magnets), and multi-pole patterns, depending on material and geometry. Indicate the direction with an arrow on your drawing. If the direction is constrained by assembly, tell us — magnetizing fixtures are built for non-standard patterns more often than you might expect.
Do you provide test reports?
Yes. Samples and shipments can include dimensional inspection reports and magnetic property test data. For new parts we provide First Article Inspection (FAI) reports; batch reports follow with production shipments.

Yes, that is a common starting point. Describe the application, the space available, the forces or flux you need, and the operating environment. Our engineers will translate that into a manufacturable specification and flag the decisions you need to make.
Which NdFeB grades do you offer?
N35 through N52, with temperature ratings from standard (80°C) through M, H, SH, UH and EH (up to 200°C class). We also supply SmCo for service to 350°C, ferrite, and AlNiCo for very high temperatures. See our neodymium grade guide and material comparison.
How do I choose the right coating?
Match the coating to your actual exposure profile, not to appearance. NiCuNi suits most indoor applications; epoxy handles humidity better; Parylene C is the choice for medical or vacuum environments. What payment and delivery terms do you work with?
Standard international terms: T/T payment; express courier, air or sea freight; EXW, FOB or DDP as agreed in the quotation. Export-standard packaging with full documentation is included in every shipment.
